Venkateswara Reddy, a creative scientist-cum-researcher, from IBM, India, decided he had had enough of falling prey to the ambiguity of the real estate industry, which resulted in a few unfortunate personal losses. Frustrated with the obscurity of legal procedures and documentation formalities, Venkat found himself delving deeper into the subject and its operating mechanisms.
It didn’t take long for him to realize that in an industry, infamously synonymous with risk and distrust, yet ironically known for its lucrative investment opportunities, there was an urgent need for someone trustworthy. Thus, by giving up his job at IBM, and laying the foundations to his entrepreneurial brainchild, Merusri Developers, Venkat decided it was time he filled the void of honest, real estate developers who don’t just build, but also educate, and are approachable and trustworthy.
